ABOUT US
LP Pressgjuteri was founded in 1946 and has long experience in the field of die casting, specialising in aluminium and zinc parts. Our production is characterised by natural and high commitment throughout the process, from product development to finished, surface-treated, assembled product. Cost-effeciency, Quality, Accuracy of Delivery are our keywords and can be summarised in one - Reliability
Our knowledge of die casting and the importance of the moulding tools in production contributed to the founding of the company Vallsjö Verktyg in 1989. This means that we are also able to manufacture moulding tools for new die cast products and make changes to existing ones.
Our experience helps us to develop the most cost-effective products possible.
Access to Vallsjö Verktyg is also a strength when we need quick service and regular maintenance of our moulding tools, which is one of the fundamental pillars to ensure security of supply and a long lifetime of the moulding tools, which in turn also leads to reliability and reduces costs for our customers.

PRODUCTION
We have high capacity in our foundry, including machines with clamping forces ranging from 25 to 500 tons. 3 hot-chamber machines that make zinc parts and 5 cold-chamber machines that make aluminium parts. Our quality system and experienced staff allow us to focus on the product throughout the production process. We produce large series as well as small ones and always work to find cost-effective solutions in the production process. We cover simple standardisations that offer high flexibility as well as detailed, fully automated vision-based cells, as required.
The continued processing of the products consists mainly of grinding, drilling, threading, dry and wet tumbling, assembly and packing. Robots and CNC processing are of course also used in the finishing processes. We also carry out lacquer and surface treatment.
We are located in Småland’s highland between Sävsjö and Vetlanda.

MOULDING TOOLS AND DIE CASTING
Vallsjö Verktyg's business today largely consists in servicing and maintaining moulding tools for LP Pressgjuteri. A complete workshop and toolmaker located next to the die-casting foundry means a uniquely quick and direct service. An asset and source of reassurance for LP Pressgjuteri and its customers. Long experience of die-casting brings an understanding of the significance and function of the tool in the so important casting process. The moulding tools receive the maintenance and attention they deserve...
PRODUCTION OF NEW MOULDING TOOLS
Vallsjö Verktyg is also a natural part of the production process whenever new projects and moulding tools are to be bought in. It is important for moulding tools to be optimized both to meet the requirements based on the cast part but also to provide the best conditions so that the tool has as long service life as possible.

PROCESS OPTIMIZATION
Along with LP Pressgjuteri, process optimization is also carried out in both die-casting cells and finishing, which covers everything from smart cost-effective solutions to production of special machines for more advanced automation.
FINISHING OF SPECIAL FIXTURES
Vallsjö Verktyg also deals with finishing of the die-cast parts when CNC milling is required, and often produces special fixtures for this purpose.

Vallsjö Verktyg is a family firm founded in 1990. The main purpose of the company since that time has been to manufacture moulding tools, but in recent years the firm has developed to be more focused on assisting LP Pressgjuteri with regular operation and maintenance of the tools and support in the production of new die-cast parts and also in finishing them.
We are located in Småland’s highland between Sävsjö and Vetlanda.

Formverktyg pressgjutning
Vallsjö Verktygs verksamhet består till stor del idag av service, underhåll av formverktyg åt LP Pressgjuteri. En komplett verkstad och verktygsmakare placerat intill pressgjuteriet innebär en unikt snabb och direkt service. En tillgång och trygghet för LP Pressgjuteri och dess kunder. Lång erfarenhet av pressgjutning innebär förståelse för formverktygets betydelse och funktion i den så viktiga gjutprocessen. Formverktygen får det underhåll och omtanke som de förtjänar….
Framtagning av nya formverktyg
Vallsjö Verktyg är också en naturlig del i framtagningsprocessen när nya projekt och formverktyg ska köpas in, optimeras och driftsättas. Optimering av formverktyg är viktig både för kraven utifrån den gjutna detaljen men också för att ge bästa förutsättningar för en så lång livslängd på verktyget som möjligt.
Processoptimering
Tillsammans med LP Pressgjuteri utförs också processoptimering i både gjutceller och efterbearbetningen vilket innefattar allt från smarta kostnadseffektiva lösningar till framtagning av specialmaskiner för mer avancerad automation.
Efterbearbetning specialfixturer
Vallsjö Verktyg tillhandahåller även efterbearbetning av de pressgjutna detaljerna när CNC fräsning krävs och till detta ofta framtagning av tillhörande specialfixturer.
Om oss
Vallsjö Verktyg är ett familjeföretag som startades 1990. Bolaget har sedan dess haft som främsta syfte att tillverka formverktyg men har på senare år utvecklats till att mer inriktat bistå LP Pressgjuteri med det löpande drift och underhållet av formverktygen och support vid framtagning av nya samt även efterbearbetning av de pressgjutna detaljerna.
Vi finns mitt i den småländska naturen, i samhället Hultagård mellan Sävsjö och Vetlanda.
